Our lives are not determined by what happens to us,but how we react to what happens.These experiences are reflection of our attitudes,and they cause a “chain” reaction of thoughts,events and outcomes.If the “spark” is positive,it generates the power that creates extraordinary results.The 3F mantra are "Focus,Fair and Firm".

By “being focused” we can set clear goals for ourselves and we can channelize all our efforts and reources to achieve that goal.For the personal goals also we should have clear focus in what to achieve and we should put all our efforts to attain what has been aimed at.We should remain focused at the time of crisis and should use it as an opportunity to become stronger.Times of prosperity induces a sense of complacency and can dull the sharpest of minds,so going back to the “core” always brings clarity and focus.

By “being fair” we can have a rational in “what and why” something is being done.There should be no room for bias and subjectivity in decision making,one should be fair to everyone.At the personal level also by “being fair” mind will be at peace that our decisions are fair and therefore a strong value system is induced in people around us.

By “being firm” we stand by the decisions taken as they have a strong foundation of “focus and fairness”.This strong foundation gives us a lot of strength to stand for the good,which in turn energizes our inner self to face tough situations and sail through them,at times all alone.The 3F mantra gives a lot of confidence and thereby increases the level of commitment towards what you do and what you wish to do.

Follow the 3F mantra all through your life irrespective of position and stage in life.The present environment is turbulent and we all are ambitious than ever before,generally looking or short term results.

We also need to follow the 3P mantra “Have Patience,Perseverance and Passion”.Things will happen and everything has its right time to happen.So,have patience.See the positive side in such situations and never be disheartened.To be patient we need to have a lot of perseverance.We have to constantly strive to achieve your goals.Whatever we do in life,we should have passion for it.If we have passion,the internal force will fill us with energy and strength.Passion is the driver for the inner self which will make us reach the heights we never dreamt of.

Therefore,follow the 3F and the 3P mantra to achieve success in whatever you do.
