The common question that arisies in our mind after completing graduation is "What next?".The answer to this question will depend upon whether you are already into a job or not.If you are in a job then the question would arise whether you would like to remain in this job.If you are not int oa job you need to start preparing an impressive resume and should start searching a job.
Since this would be your first step towards building your career,there will be many questions coming up in your mind and you may feel overwhelmed.In order to avoid all the confusions you can start planning about your career even before you complete your graduation so that you know where exactly you would want to head.
If you are already working in the field of your interest,your questions about your career would be more about your growth,career move etc.If you feel that your work is not being appreciated in the current company,its time for you to look for a better job.If you are satisfied with your job and if you think that you have achieved the est,then its time for you to think about higher studies or professional degrees.This will help you get a better position in your career.
When you are a graduate,you deserve to be paid more so do not hesitate to ask for a raise in your salary.For those who are not in a job should identify their field of interest and then build their resume accordingly.Do not choose a career in haste.Apply for as many jobs as possible.If you limit yourself to just two or three job applications,you may not be able to grab a job.
The first job is the first stepping stone of your career so make sure you make the right choice.Go ahead and choose the career of your interest so that you can give your best in it and can reach the heights of success.
